Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Lernhive, a product of NYRAI LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Keep your credentials secure. If you use Lernhive on behalf of a school or class, you confirm you’re authorized to do so and to manage the records you add.

Acceptable use

Use Lernhive lawfully. Don’t attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content. Records about students must be handled responsibly and in line with applicable law.

Payments

Tuition payments are processed by Stripe. When an organization collects tuition, funds are routed to that organization’s connected Stripe account. NYRAI LLC is not a party to the tuition arrangement between an organization and its families, and refunds are handled by the organization. Any platform fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the time of the transaction.

Availability

Lernhive is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep it running and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
